  Went to shop there before leaving on a trip with my kids to europe, bought a travel cart to be able to put the car seat on for my 2year old...when i went to put the car seat on it, it did not fit, Even though is says it's Universal..so i ended up buying a britax one to make sure it fits..i went to the store today to get a store credit so i can buy other things and they are making it impossible, because i dont have a receipt...neither not helping any other way, I feel robbed for my money!!!
